SAP migrations stall quarters on manual object analysis — Z-tables, customizing, dependencies. Migration experts typically spend 60–70% of their time on preparation rather than the migration itself; a well-supported field observation, not a published benchmark.
Agentic workflows that parse schema, identify custom fields, propose mappings with a risk score, and escalate in a structured way. Stack: Claude and Azure OpenAI Switzerland for the LLM layer, JiVS for source-system integration and audit logging, SAP S/4HANA as a typical target system.
Migration-object preparation in days instead of weeks (directional, depending on the custom share and source-data-model quality). Auditors receive a searchable decision register with reasoning per decision. Engagement ongoing.
New members had to be registered manually: paperwork, collecting signatures, scanning documents. The board spent hours on administration instead of club work.
Digital registration form with automatic document generation. License application, member data and federation-required documents are generated in seconds and sent via email.

A marketplace for multiple vendors that enables sellers to manage their products independently – with integrated payment processing, order management and customer communication.

AI-backed dashboard for enterprise data migration with automatic recommendations and natural language visualisation. Built at the Digital Lounge@Davos Hackathon.
